This past month I attended the Symposium on Yoga Therapy & Research (SYTAR).  How stimulating to learn from other masterful yoga therapists.  

     Here's something I heard that sparked my interest.    You know those daily rituals we do to keep ourselves healthy & happy - like brushing our teeth, drinking water, and having a good belly laugh?
  
     What if YOGA became a part of our daily hygiene? Would you feel better, prevent dis-ease, release stress, and be more alive if you had a "One-A-Day" yoga ritual?
