Salutations!        

     My son went back to school in a new pair of  shoes and his usual t-shirt & shorts.  This week he decided that black & white is the 'in' color.
 
     My son's not much into fashion, having worn only t-shirts & shorts for his  entire 15 years.  (He's so Seattle!)  Still,  it's those new black & white high-tops that has him strutting his stuff as he begins a whole new year.

New shoes, new  life?
 
strut     I so love this ritual of new shoes for a new start.  September always feels to me like a perfect time for stepping into something new.   A time in which we can take action on those parts of life that have been lounging in the sun.
